Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose your desired area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website postcode drop down list, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the online booking process. To order your chosen equipment / package via our interactive website, simply click the "check availability" / 'book now' buttons below each product and following the on screen instructions.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be placed is accessible, for more information on accessibility please see our FAQs. Please ensure you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to a vast area of East Sussex and offerfreedelivery within 10 miles of Hastings!

It doesn't matter if you need a bouncy castle delivered to Hastings, or if you are wanting us to bring your inflatable to St Leonards for your child's birthday party. Even if you are having a community fundraiser in Bexhill-on-Sea, need our obstacle course delivered to Westfield or wish to hire our soft play for a fete in Sedlescombe. We deliver free to almost all of these areas and other areas nearby.

Live further away? Not a problem, there is just a small charge to cover our fuel. So just check your postcode using the red bar above or give us a ring to discuss your booking.
